Poly B Replacement Surrey Pros is a Surrey-based plumbing crew that specialises in one thing: replacing polybutylene pipe in homes across the Lower Mainland. Poly B was installed in millions of BC homes between 1978 and 1995. At the time it was considered a cheaper, more flexible alternative to copper. The problem turned out to be chlorine. Municipal water in Metro Vancouver is chlorinated, and over years of exposure, chlorine degrades Poly B from the inside out — causing micro-cracking, pinhole leaks, and eventually full pipe failures that happen without warning.

We hold a BC Class B Gas Fitter certificate. That means we can handle gas line work, water heater connections, and gas appliance hookups on the same visit.
